It begins long before a single stem is ordered. Full-service design starts with a real conversation about your day, your venue, and the feeling you want people to walk into. From there we build a design plan, a proposal, and a considered vision for how flowers and decor move through your celebration. This is the part that is easy to overlook, because it happens on paper and in email and on calls, but it is where most of the value lives. We are thinking through proportion, color, movement, and how the room changes from ceremony to dinner. Nothing on the day is random because everything has been decided on purpose beforehand.

Then there is the sourcing. We select and order every flower and material, working with growers and suppliers to bring in the specific varieties, colors, and textures your design calls for, in the season it calls for them. If a bloom is not looking right the week of, we adjust. The design and build is the visible heart of it. On the day, full-service means we are there. We handle setup, styling, and placement, so your flowers arrive already thought through and positioned rather than dropped off in boxes for someone else to figure out. If your design moves from ceremony to reception, we manage that transition. And at the end of the night, we handle breakdown, so no one in your family is stacking vessels at midnight. For most couples, full-service design typically begins around $5,500 with a minimum of 125 guests, and grows from there with your installations, rentals, and overall scope. That figure includes our design expertise, planning, sourcing, setup, and service. Breakdown and tax sit outside of it.
